Premiums
All insurance premiums quoted are inclusive of Insurance Premium Tax (IPT), and commission may be charged. These insurance policies are non-transferable.
A 14-day cooling off period enables a money-back guarantee, provided that you have not yet travelled using your policy, there are no claims made or pending , and no incident likely to give rise to a claim has occurred. A small administration charge might also be applied, which will be shown separately prior to purchase and available to view on your policy documentation after purchase.
Premium Refunds

Outside of the 14-day cooling off period, there is no refund for any premium paid on Single Trip policies underwritten by Allianz. For Annual Multi-Trip policies underwritten by Allianz, you will be entitled to a pro-rata refund, dependent on elapsed time, and provided that you have not made a claim or intend to make a claim on your policy.
The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)
You may be entitled to compensation via the FSCS in the unlikely event that an insurer cannot meet their obligations to you. The FSCS provides compensation if any of its members go out of business or into liquidation, and therefore are unable to meet and valid claims under its policies.
