Under our Direct Travel Premier and Premier Plus policies, you can submit a claim for consideration if your departure is delayed by more than 24 hours due to the occurence of a Natural Catastrophe, and you decide to continue your trip.
This will include unexpected costs you incur re-arranging your Outbound travel to reach your original destination.
The following is considered a Natural Catastrophe - Volcanic eruption, flood, tsunami, earthquake, landslide, hurricane, tornado or wildfire.
