On our Direct Travel Premier Plus policy, we will pay for necessary and reasonable travel and accommodation expenses for a replacement Business Associate to travel from the United Kingdom to go to a meeting.
This cover is provided if, after an accident or illness, you are prevented from going to a planned Business Meeting during your trip.
Specific claims evidence such as, proof of travel, invoices and receipts for your business associate's expenses and an official letter from the treating Doctor in the resort to confirm your inability to take part in the planned business meeting may be required.
