If you have a Direct Travel Gadget Policy we will pay up to the amount shown in the table of benefits for the costs of repairing your electronic equipment as a result of accidental damage. If we are unable to economically repair your electronic equipment then, at our discretion, a replacement item will be provided by us.
In addition to claims excluded under the "What is not covered" section, we will not pay for accidental damage caused by:
- Deliberate damage or neglect of the electronic equipment;
- Failure on your part to follow the manufacturer's instructions;
- Inspection, maintenance routine servicing or cleaning.
Please note Gadgets are excluded from cover under our general Direct Travel Insurance Policies.
