The medical screening element of our system is potentially the most confusing but one of the most important. By declaring any pre existing medical conditions we can make sure your policy includes cover for these just in case.
To start making changes to your declared medical screening, please head to the "My Brokersure", login and select the policy you want to change. You will be show with the below page, please select the button to "Update Medical Screening".
The system will load a before screening page with several questions which confirm whether or not you need to screen your medical conditions similar to the below:
Please complete the questions as you require with either a yes or no, we do need all questions answered but there isn't many. When done please click "Continue Medical". Should you not require prescreening the system may continue to confirm the changes and save your new details. In most instances it will ask for you to head to the medical screening area to either change or insert medical conditions.
This medical screening element will look like the below and you will need to click to start screening / amend screening depending on the traveller and what you declared on your last changes:
You will be asked the name of the condition, enter the start of this and the system will present your with possible answers as you type, select the relevant question and complete any questions which is asks linked to that particular condition. When finished you will see a screen similar to the below:
Click "Finish screening this traveller" and then either pick another travellers medical to amend or "Finish screening". The system will calculate if there is a change of premium based on the medical changes and should more be required, you will be taken to a complete payment page to confirm the changes. Remember we only change the travel insurance premiums, no admin fees are charged for amentments.
Should you be due a refund, we will handle that internally and the funds returned to you within the next five to ten working days.
