Immediately after purchase you will receive an email which directs you to MyBrokerSure, our online customer portal. You will need to create a password in order to login.
Once you’ve logged in, you can view your documents, change your policy, and amend personal information.
If you’d like your documents posted, please get in touch so that we can arrange this for you. Note that it may take up 5 business days for you to receive them. We cannot accept any liability for delay or non-delivery by the postal service, or if you do not have enough time to review your documents before you travel.
