‘Personal' or 'travel' accident is usually defined as an accident which results in your death, serious injury, loss of limb, loss of sight, or permanent disablement. This is not the same section you would claim under for emergency medical expenses - there may be an event where a claim for travel accident is excluded, but your claim for emergency medical expenses is reimbursed.
