All of the policies we offer are subject to a 14-day cooling off period as of policy purchase.
If you cancel within those 14-days you will receive a full refund. This is provided:
- You have not travelled
- No claim has been made
- You don’t intend to make a claim
If you cancel after those 14 days, your refund is dependent on the refund policy stated in your Policy Wording.
