Yes. Regardless of whether you have an ongoing prescription for existing conditions, we will need to make a note of all conditions, prescriptions, treatments, and visits to a medical practitioner in the last 2 years. This would include minor infections, trips to A&E, and small operations or procedures.
Please note that 'treatment' is defined as any move towards treating a diagnosis, such as antibiotics, bandages, creams, inhalers, drops, and sprays.
We would also need to declare conditions which are ongoing, but you do not have regular treatment for. For example, annual visits to an eye clinic, or an emergency provision of an inhaler, EpiPen, or back-up antibiotics.
